The staff were kind and absolutely perfect. the suite had a mini bar, a sofa bed, and a stone fireplace. Great location in the heart of the city, next to Istanbul, the Mall of Istanbul, the surrounding industrial area, and Mehmutbey Metro.

Clean hotel with exceptionally nice location in Istanbul so close to Mall of Istanbul, 212 and Venezia as well as bakeries. The professional staff all round. Good, new-fashioned rooms with television, a mini bar fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. Pleasant view from our window. The pool area is clean too...

Stayed for 2 nights in this nice place, greatly enjoyed that. The stuff was competent and extremely helpful, everything was fine. The bedroom was big and warm. The restaurant was really nice with delicious food.

Good views, the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location right in the middle of the city was awesome. It's convenient being close to Mehmutbey metro, the Mall of Istanbul, and the surrounding industrial area. 🌟

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is close to main roads and shopping malls. the hotel offers a nice swimming pool and a big hamam.
The staff was not very helpful or friendly. The credit card charging system was not ideal as my card details were stolen and used after my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, comfy, and well-lit. The hotel had great facilities, including a nice swimming pool, hamam, and sauna. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options to choose from, including vegan options. The hotel was very clean, and there was both underground and on-street parking available.
